Ewan McGregor and Naomi Watts are set to star in Summit Entertainment's thriller "The Impossible", the English-language directing debut of Spanish director Juan Antonio Bayona ("The Orphanage").
The movie will be based on a true story set during the 2004 catastrophic tsunami in Thailand, which was triggered by a massive earthquake in the Indian Ocean after which hundreds of thousands of people were killed along the coast of countries including Thailand, Sri Lanka and India as the giant wave destroyed massive parts of populated areas.
