According to "Hollywood Reporter" CBS is working with writer Jason Smilovic and producer Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas in developing new time-travel show "Murmurs". The story is set in a world where time travel is a reality and centers on the Commission, an agency that detects and corrects alterations in time called murmurs, ensuring that history remains unchanged. 
The work on the script is on, so we can probably expect a pilot episode some time in the future.
