Serbian animated blockbuster "Technotise" by Alexa Gajic will get a sf live-action remake by 
Legendary Pictures, and screenwriter Laeta Kalogridis ("Avatar", "Pathfinder", "Alexander", "Battle Angel Alita") is already set to adapt it. Serbian animated movie, "Technotise: Edit and I" was set in the Serbian capital Belgrade in the year 2074, following a story of a failing art student who decides to get a chip implant to circumvent studying but gets more than she bargained for. "Technotise" was quite popular here in Serbia a few years ago, and Edit, the main character, even became a symbol of the famous European music festival "Exit" held each year in Vojvodina.
